1. Application for leave with valid reason must be signed by parents/guardian whose specimen signatures are in the school diary.
2. Absence from school without leave for 15 consecutive days shall render a student liable to be struck off the rolls.
3. In case of illness, application for leave must be accompanied by a medical certificate.
4. Leave upto a period of three days will be granted by the respective class teachers. Leave for more than three days will be granted by the Principal.
5. A fine of Rs. 100/- per paper will be charged from the students who are absent from an examination for any reason other than illness.
6. If a student takes leave for one month or more, the student will have to deposit the fee for that month including other charges.
